Processing of withdrawals may be suspended until KYC is completed to the Platform's satisfaction. ht555 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation provided by the user.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication method — confidential. ht555 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported to support immediately.
